Presenting information about the lovemaking to maintain harmony in the marriage

Graphic designer Louise Fili updated these logos. Her small changes make a huge difference, don't you agree?
I keep coming back to this photo by The Sartorialist. Wouldn't you like to have a coffee with her?

I like reverse portraits of people, but birds are even funnier. The backwards position gives them so much personality. It's like they're rolling their eyes and thinking, Oh God, this woman with the camera again.
Have a wonderful weekend, my dears! What are you up to? Since we'll be away next week, I've scheduled some of my favorite photographs to post every day, so please continue to visit, if you'd like. Meanwhile, here are a few great posts from around the web...xoxo
Do you ever pack a picnic for the plane? In her book Cooking for Mr. Latte, Amanda Hesser devotes a whole chapter to plane picnics. For our flight tonight, I'm thinking: sandwiches with spicy mustard, cheddar cheese and tomato; olives; nuts; and two chocolate-chip cookies (plus a few extra to share with our seatmates).
My dears, here's a weekly round-up of Smitten, my Glamour Magazine relationships blog...
Luckily, Paris is still beautiful in the rain.
The Great Gatsby is one of my favorite books, so I gasped when I saw these Gatsby-inspired save-the-dates for an outdoor wedding held under a tent at a Connecticut mansion. Swanky. Wouldn't you be psyched if you got this invitation in the mail?
I am terrible at applying makeup, so I usually just stick to mascara and lip gloss. What about you? But I'm inspired by this model, who has thick cat-eye eyeliner on her top lids, and that's about it. It's so sultry and pretty...and doesn't look too hard to copy!
Today's giveaway is from Aimee Sicuro, an artist/illustrator in San Francisco. She's offering her gorgeous print Tandem. Isn't it lovely? (And it would make a great wedding present.)

This photo essay is heartbreaking but beautiful: "Katie Kirkpatrick, 21, held off cancer to celebrate the happiest day of her life. Breathing was difficult now; she had to use oxygen. The pain in her back was so intense it broke through the morphine. Her organs were shutting down but it would not stop her from marrying Nick Godwin, 23, who had been in love with Katie since 11th grade. Five days later, Katie died." -- Photographer Romain Blanquart.
The new line Mona & Holly was inspired by "smart and tidy service uniforms of decades past," such as WWI nurse uniforms and 1950's stewardess outfits. Awesome.
I'm so excited for Paris next week, but I'm torn about what shoes to pack. My Converse are comfy, but all my other flats and heels give me blisters. Do you have any comfy but chic walking shoes? I'm stuck!
When I was little, I 100% believed in Peter Pan, so my heart skipped a beat when I spotted the Peter Pan birthday party that artist Merrilee threw for her three-year-old son Atticus. How amazing is the illustration she did for the invitation?
What are you up to this weekend, my lovelies? The weather is finally warm and breezy! Here are a few great posts from around the web this week...
I'm flipping out over Shana and Rob's first dance. Watch the videos on Smitten.
My dears, here's a weekly round-up of Smitten, my Glamour Magazine relationships blog. Thank you!
